Surveys

  • Continuous Hull Survey (CSH): Continuous inspection of the hull to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards.

  • Intermediate Survey (ITSS/ITMS): Detailed inspection conducted between the second and third year of the class certificate’s validity.

  • Annual Survey (AS): Conducted yearly to verify the vessel continues to meet classification requirements.

  • Docking Survey (DS): Inspection of the underwater parts of the ship, usually conducted in dry dock.

  • Special Machinery Survey (ES): Conducted every 5 years to ensure the machinery is in good condition.
